Getting Started

- If you are planning an outdoor event, please book an indoor space as a backup.

- When do I need an ERF?
  - If the event is open to the public
  - If you need audio/visual support
  - If the event is outdoors (sprinkler shutoff)
  - If you need facilities services (tables, chairs, etc.)
  - If you want the event posted on Pirate Port (internal audience) or the master calendar (external audience)
